As we get still, become open to hearing the sounds, seeing the sights, smelling the smells, feeling the textures and breezes, we connect to something deeper within us. The natural world has much to teach us if we are willing to listen. animals, birds. fish, insects, plant life and the elements speak to us at all times. As we develop a relationship with this realm we can receive its gifts and appreciate its wisdom. Our relationship and gratitude for this world increases our commitment and responsibility to honor and protect it. We become more open to the idea that we are all connected and that the divine exists in all things at all times. As we recognize our interconnectedness, we live in a state of grace and reverence that transcends the mundane and chaotic in our busy lives.
